Calgary, Alberta, January 16, 2012-The Honourable Lisa Raitt,Canada's Minister of Labour, today hosted a round table with key stakeholders on the issue of women in the workforce. "I would like to thank all the participants for sharing their comments and best practices because it is by working together that a model for fair, respectful and healthy workplaces for women can be achieved."

The round table was an opportunity for the Minister to hold open dialogues with key stakeholders and seek their input on a number of issues faced by women in the workplace.
