DEEPA (The Diversity and Employment Equity Professionals Association) is hosting a conference aimed to create awareness and understanding of issues around work/life and balance at home and in the workplace.
DEEPA is a non-profit professionals' association for people who are involved or interested in diversity, employment equity and work/life issues.
The practicum is geared towards HR practitioners who have responsibility and accountability for and an interest in employment equity, diversity, and work/life. Professionals involved in EAPs, organizational development, HR consultants and employee teams responsible for development and implementation of work/life policies and programs, will also find this daylong event to be of value.
