The Centre for Families, Work and Well-Being at the University of Guelph is hosting a three day course dealing with work-life issues. This is the Canadian edition of the strategic management of the work-life course developed by the Boston College's Centre for Work and Family. The course addresses the critical elements of strategic planning for work-life initiatives in an organization.
Topics include:
-creating a work-life vision, strategy and action plan
-conducting a needs assessment and using various approaches to planning work-life initiatives
-developing an action plan
-evaluating the overall program
