The City of Toronto's Children and Youth Action Committee presents its 2002 summit aimed to increase awareness of the role that child care plays in the early years project.

Summit Description:

With 15, 000 children on waiting lists, child care continues to be a priority for the City of Toronto. Despite federal investment to the early years, no new money has been directed to child care. How do we move forward?
