The NACCRRA is celebrating 15 years of annual policy symposia that has encouraged dialogue and debate around policy issues affecting the field of resource and referral, child care, early childhood education and out-of-school time services.

The association is inviting proposals for presentations for the upcoming 2003 annual symposium/conference.

Proposals for presentations should reflect the following areas:

- Early Literacy and Early Learning
- Universal Pre-Kindergarten
- Effective Quality Improvement Strategies (informal care, family child care, center-based care and school-age programming)
- Effective Child Assessment Strategies To Measure Readiness
- Linking Schools To Community-Based School Age Programs
- Curriculum Strategies To Enhance Quality
- Parent Choice - What Are Parents Choosing and Why?
- Financing Strategies
- Family Child Care Networks
- Improving Infant/Toddler Services
- R&R Policies and Practices For Effective Inclusion
- Mental Health and Child Care Linkages
- Subsidy Management and CCR&R
- Professional Development and Compensation Strategies
- Outcomes Measurement Systems and Accountability
- Data Driven Planning
- Planning Across Systems
