At NAEYC's four-day National Institute for Early Childhood Professional Development, you'll involve yourself in dialogue about new understanding of early childhood development and learning. At the same time, you'll learn new ways to share that understanding with colleagues, staff and the early childhood professionals you prepare and support. While expanding your professional development, you'll also increase understanding of and respect for differences--in culture, language, experience and ideas. As leaders and colleagues, we will work together to ensure that our diversity becomes the foundation for better educational opportunities for young children, and new strengths in the profession.
