Why hold a World forum on Early Care and Education?
Despite differences in culture ,language and eonomics, children of the world share a common need: early childhood experiences that enhance growth and development. The World Forum will promote the improved delivery of services for children by bringing together early childhood program administrators, trainers, NGO leaders, researchers and public officials from six continents to explore the hallmarks of quality.
