2003 provincial / territorial budgets

Provincial budgets outline the economic state of the province / territory, and set out the priorities and plans for the future. The following are links to the provincial/ territorial budgets and to selected materials from the child care and social policy community. This list will be updated as the budgets and other materials become available. Governments which have allocated spending in child care been marked with a star (*).
