The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care is producing a summer series of bulletins on Ontario’s recent report With Our best future in mind: Implementing early learning in Ontario. In addition to providing information directly from the report, the OCBCC is collecting questions about the report, the impact on early learning and child care programs and ideas.

Bulletin #2 covers what the early learning report says about early childhood educators and:

• the full-day learning program for 4 and 5 year olds
• the extended day primary program for 6-8 year olds
• Best Start child and family centres
• recommendations on training and qualifications
